Gangstalking is a clandestine semi-law enforcement and semi-military operation that has been pork barreled and earmarked through local, state and federal legislative assemblies via stealth, sleight-of-hand, and bribery. Its aim is to change the "look and culture" of America using citizens as weapons against the "undesired" targeted individuals ( me, your host, E. I. Smith). How does a person become a target? Their name is maliciously and fraudulently placed on a gang member database or a database or registry for violent gang members or for other violent criminals.
