The Legitimacy of the State

The legitimacy of the State is in question here. "The State" refers to the United States of America as a sovereign territorial entity. If the United States styles itself as a "Democracy" or a "Constitutional Republic," then to not operate according to the United Nations' statutory definitions of a Democracy or Constitutional Republic is to operate as such "in name only." Ultimately, if a "shadow government" is in play in the United States, and that new government has not been approved by the people through an organized state-sanctioned, internationally recognized mechanism such as a vote, then that new government, and the originating government, are hereby illegal and unrecognizable. A government, is a socially accepted entity that the people go into a operational "social contract" with. The contract is simple, if you pay taxes and abide by the law, you will have access to that government's public resources including the ability to benefit from its protectionary, economic, structural, and theoretical protections. Gang-stalking as an open-air surveillance and detainment protocol, operates with impunity as a "mobile" shadow government that has not been debated upon by Congress or the people. The very existence of this program is a misgiving in the political process, constitutionality, and the rule of law. Repeal gangstalking now, allow the President the power of the line-item-veto, defund its programs, or explain it to the American people, and allow them to vote on its existence.
